Each year on the first Tuesday in October, the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) celebrates the professionals and companies that make great customer experiences happen – a celebration known as CX Day.It’s an opportunity to recognize great customer work, discover professional development opportunities, and strengthen professional networks.
Celebrate CX. Elevate your success. Join the conversation.
2020 has been a year we will always remember. Despite the challenges we have faced, CX Day remains a day to celebrate the role of CX professionals around the globe, elevate CX success, and generate community conversations that spur critical insights.
CXPA’s greatest strength lies in the global CX community. This year, we celebrate that community by inviting you to participate in three conversations throughout the day that tackle some of your most pressing questions.
