What is this virtual event about?
Jewelers of America’s Virtual National Convention unites Jewelers of America members for three days of impactful presentations and discussion that look to the future of the jewelry retail marketplace.
With information you can’t get anywhere else, and access to the leading minds and brands shaping the future of retail, it’s a must-attend event for Jewelers of America members. The online sessions will address the top issues shaping the jewelry industry including: omni-channel marketing, social media, security, investment trends, and keeping up with retail evolution. FAQ (How it works)
This event is from 1:00 – 3:30PM (EDT) on May 26-28. All sessions will be pre-recorded. Pre-recording allows the speakers to spend the entire session period in the attendee chat answering your burning questions. At the same time, you’ll be able to communicate with the other attendees through the same chat.
This conference exists in the virtual space, as it gives us the opportunity to bring together professionals from around the world.
One week prior to the event, Matchbox Virtual Media will send you a confirmation registration email with a link to access the event. On the day of the event, you will sign in to the event platform and click the green ‘Lauch Viewer’ button to access the event.
The sessions are pre-recorded so that the speakers can spend the time answering attendee questions. They will be typing furiously to reply to as many questions as possible in the live chat!
