Tuesday, May 12th, speakers, attendees, and partners will be working together to learn, share, and kick-off The New Member Engagement Study 2020.
Join us as we each slip into our member’s shoes and look at engagement from their perspective. Discuss how engagement feels, and the seemingly benign things associations do that derail engagement. Weigh in on the differences in member engagement between trade and professional associations. Share engaging ideas that you can use in your career and for your association.

Two years ago Dynamic Benchmarking, providers of association benchmarking technology, and Kaiser Insights LLC who specialize in member engagement teamed up to conduct the New Member Engagement Study. To date, over 4,000 association professionals have used the study’s data and insights to build or enhance their new member onboarding programs.

This event is from 3:00-4:00 PM EDT on May 12th. The session is an hour long and is pre-recorded. Pre-recording allows the speakers to spend the entire session period in the attendee chat answering your burning questions. At the same time, you’ll be able to communicate with the other attendees through the same chat.
This conference exists in the virtual space, as it gives us the opportunity to bring together professionals from around the world.
The session is pre-recorded so that the speakers can spend the time answering attendee questions. They will be typing furiously to reply to as many questions as possible in the live chat!
