Our heart goes out to you! I know this is a very stressful time. Here’s a blog post written with you in mind. In short, what we recommend is to hold your virtual component within a couple of months of your planned in-person. The ability to provide quality will greatly increase.
We are a one stop shop, so our involvement with you includes virtual event best practice consulting, session production and speaker management, marketing support, platform management, and community management. We are with you every step of the way.
We charge by the session and the pricing varies depending on type of session. That said, all of these services are bundled in.
We do not, as we design for a virtual-first experience. If you are considering livestreaming specifically as part of a contingency plan against the growing COVID-19 concerns, we recommend against this approach. If you have to outright cancel, you will not be able to livestream.
Since we pre-record sessions, we recommend that your speakers are still recorded on the days that you have them secured, particularly your keynotes, who are challenging to reschedule.
At the moment we do not offer a virtual exhibit hall, and recommend finding a separate vendor for this component. That said, we do offer sponsorship integration, ranging from low to high touchpoints. Ask us to send you a sample prospectus from a past client!
We can support multiple concurrent tracks. However, given the flexibility of the virtual environment, we recommend that different tracks are accommodated on different days.
