Adrianne Fielding

Adrianne Fielding currently leads the AAMC’s grants office and all of its grant-related activities. She is a natural “connector” who has worked as a grants professional in various sectors and roles for more than 16 years. Ms. Fielding brings her analytical lens and knowledge as a trained sociologist to each position, helping bridge different participants in the grants process while leading broader efforts to improve organizational culture and communication.
