Aimee Althoff

Aimee Althoff is the Associate Executive Director of Employment Services at Job Path Inc, an agency in New York City that provides highly individualized community based supports and services for people with developmental disabilities. Aimee has led Job Path’s work in Customized Employment for 15 years and has trained and mentored staff at Job Path and agencies throughout the New York City metropolitan area in Customized Employment strategies. Aimee is skilled in the use of multiple funding sources to support quality employment services and effective staffing and supervision strategies. She has a master’s degree in Special Education from Columbia University’s Teacher’s College.
