Alex Kaplan

Alexandra Kaplan is a Project Manager at the Hudson Companies. Hudson is one of the leading residential developers in New York City of affordable, workforce and market-rate housing. Alex is responsible for all aspects of the development process on a wide variety of projects including La Central, a large-scale affordable housing development in the Bronx, the House at Cornell Tech, a Passive House building on Roosevelt Island, and several other mixed-income developments across the five boroughs. Prior to joining Hudson, Alex held positions at the New York City Economic Development Corporation and Jonathan Rose Companies. A common thread in all of her work is a commitment to promoting equitable urban development. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in the Growth and Structure of Cities from Bryn Mawr College and a Master of City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
