Alissa Brooke

Alissa Brooke has been with VCU-RRTC since 2008. Ms. Brooke has been heavily involved with Project SEARCH since 2009 and currently serves in a leadership role at four Project SEARCH sites. Ms. Brooke has extensive experience providing direct support to individuals with Autism and IDD and has focused on supporting choice, customized employment, job retention, and using assistive technology and positive behavioral supports. Ms. Brooke emphasizes the importance of building relationships with employers in order to create and maintain customized and supported employment positions.
