Andrew Humphrey

Andrew Humphrey is an Emmy award-winning meteorologist and reporter at WDIV-TV Local 4. He is the first and only Detroit meteorologist with two degrees in meteorology and the first and only broadcast meteorologist in America and the world with a degree in meteorology from MIT. In addition, he is proud to have earned the AMS Certified Broadcast Meteorologist (CBM) distinction and delivers science and technology reports for “TechTime with Andrew Humphrey.” These honors are indicative of Andrew’s passion for weather casting and storytelling that helps people stay informed and safe.
