April Wirtz

April is passionate about working with executives to transform their businesses. As a Managing Director in Accenture Strategy, April works daily with clients and Accenture teams to both establish the transformation vision, but also specializes in how to make that vision a reality by leveraging new capabilities and ways of working. Throughout the course of her career, April has established an active voice in the industry. Her most recent publication, “Reset. Reinvest. Rebound.”, discusses the changing landscape for communications providers and outlines how they can combat the shifting industry. She also manages the NE Communications, Media, Technology business for the Strategy & Consulting practice, leading the go-to-market approach with Accenture’s clients. April is a mentor and career advisor to rising women executives. She is an active participant with Girls Who Code and a long-standing supporter to women’s health non-profits. April received her MBA from NYU Stern School of Business where she met her husband Evan. They now live in NYC and are passionate about traveling the world together – skiing, hiking, scuba diving and experiencing any new adventures.
