Bill Staikos is the Vice President of Customer Experience in Freddie Mac’s Single Family Division. He is responsible for the creation, execution and measurement of the customer experience (CX) strategy across all Freddie Mac constituents. His team focuses on Design, CX Insights and development of a Client-led Culture.
With 25 years of financial services experience, Bill is a recognized client advocate with proven expertise in envisioning and executing holistic CX strategies. His career has focused on research & insights, data & analytics, UX/UI, transformation, and developing products that help businesses make the right decision on improving the customer experience. For the last few years, he has focused more on Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence and its applications in the CX space.
Prior to Freddie Mac, Bill was Head of CX Analytics and Strategy for Chase Home Lending; before Chase, he was in globally-responsible, senior-level positions with Credit Suisse Group AG and American Express, including consulting for some of the largest brands in Financial Services. Bill is professionally happiest when he is in front of customers, learning from them, and innovating around their needs ― incrementally & exponentially.
