Brett A. Overby

Brett Overby has been an Associate in Liebert Cassidy Whitmore’s San Diego office since 2017. Her experience centers on representing employers in the areas of labor, employment, and education. Brett works with independent schools on issues such as enrollment agreements, employment contracts, employee and student/parent policies and handbooks, investigations, employee and student discipline, tuition disputes, terminations, severance agreements, and mandated reporting. Brett also prepares Liebert Cassidy Whitmore’s monthly Private Education Matters newsletter.
