Camila DeChalus

Camila is a senior D.C. politics reporter for Business Insider, where she covers the Justice Department and the federal courts. Previously she worked at CQ Roll Call, where she covered the Department of Homeland Security and immigration policy. During her time at CQ, she traveled to the southern border to report on the surge of asylum seekers arriving at the U.S.-Mexico border and interviewed key lawmakers on Capitol Hill about immigration issues such as the border wall, DACA and TPS.
