Chad Hinkle

Chad has worked in the Supported Employment field for the majority of his career. He began his career as a Job Coach/Job Developer. He also managed the employment program for a state psychiatric hospital as well as being the patient advocate. He now is the Director of Employment Services for the Missouri Division of Behavioral Health and partners with VR to oversee the implementation and expansion of IPS throughout the state.
