Charles Ornstein

Charles Ornstein is a deputy managing editor at ProPublica. In that role, he oversees ProPublica’s local initiatives, including the Local Reporting Network and a new investigative unit with the Texas Tribune. He has covered health care for ProPublica, the Los Angeles Times and the Dallas Morning News.
