Dr. Cheryl Flink has led strategy and growth initiatives for both private and public companies, serving in a variety of executive roles. Her work coupling analytics and data-driven decision making has helped organizations successfully plan and implement transformational business change. Cheryl currently leads the global Leadership Research and Analytics function at the Center for Creative Leadership. The team of social scientists, data scientists, evaluators, and industrial & organizational psychologists conduct innovative research in the field of leadership development, including topics such as equity diversity and inclusion, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, well-being, and the leadership profile of the future.
