Deborah Mastin

Deborah mediates and arbitrates large complex and multi-party construction disputes internationally. She is on neutral panels of the American Arbitration Association, International Centre for Dispute Resolution, International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and Trinidad Dispute Resolution Centre. Her experience includes 35 years as Assistant County Attorney in Florida, USA, where she drafted contracts and litigated claims for a variety of public infrastructure projects. She is a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers, College of Commercial Arbitrators, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and Dispute Board Federation.
