Dee Harris-Lawrence

Denitria “Dee” Harris-Lawrence served as executive producer and showrunner on the Warner Bros. Television drama series All Rise for CBS and executive producer and showrunner on the Peabody Award–winning lyrical drama “David Makes Man” for OWN.
In October 2020, Harris-Lawrence signed an exclusive overall deal with Warner Bros. Television Group to create new original programming for the Studio. The Hollywood Reporter named her to the 2020 edition of its annual list of the Top 50 Most Powerful TV Showrunners for her work on All Rise and David Makes Man.
For her work on the critically acclaimed first season of David Makes Man, she and the show’s creative team won the prestigious Peabody Award and were nominated for both a Critics’ Choice Award for Best Drama and an IFP Gotham Award for Breakthrough Series.
