Delano Massey

Delano Massey is an award-winning journalist with about 20 years of experience as a reporter, editor, producer, professor, and manager in print, broadcast, and digital media. Massey joined CNN in 2020 as a supervising producer to run the Washington-based team of producers, reporters and writers who cover the justice department, legal and criminal issues, supreme court, department of homeland security, and immigration. He also leads CNN’s Race team. He has worked at the Associated Press, News 5 Cleveland, WKYT, the Lexington-Herald Leader, the Akron Beacon Journal, and the Belleville News-Democrat.
