Denise Peters

Denise Peters is a second grade teacher in the St. Joseph School District. She is currently serving as an Elementary Representative on Exec, Building Representative, and on the New Professionals state committee. Previously she has served as President-Elect, CTA President, and the St. Joseph Region President. When not in the classroom or spending time advocating for kids and teachers, she enjoys reading, all things Disney, and long walks on the beach (okay, it’s a treadmill with a screen). She is also a proud wife and mom.
