Dr. Chris Reddick

A medical scientist by training, Chris has spent over twenty years working in the health care industry to address the global challenges of health equity and access to quality health care. Chris has been with Takeda Pharmaceuticals since 2007 and is currently Vice President and Head of R&D Health Equity, with responsibility for leading Takeda’s Center of Excellence within R&D, focused on addressing health disparities and inequities globally. Since 2016, Chris has also served as an Executive Sponsor of Takeda’s Black Leadership Council (BLC). Chris is the co-founder and chief strategist of Healthcare Partners for Access (HPA), a non-profit organization that connects healthcare companies, public health organizations, non-profits, and academic institutions to help strengthen healthcare systems in underserved communities around the world.
