Dr. Phyl Renninger, GPC

Dr. Phyl Renninger, GPC, is the President of Grants Development & Management, a consulting firm with staff and subcontract team members focusing primarily on education, municipality, and workforce grants. As a prior college Director of Grants, teacher, K-12 school administrator, school district grant supervisor, and grant consultant, Phyl has been actively involved with local, state, and national grants for the past 26 years.  Phyl served as one of the Founding members and executive board member of three national organizations for grant professionals: GPA, GPA Foundation, and GPCI. She also helped establish the North Florida Grant Professional chapter and served as the first president. In addition, she obtained her GPC in 2008 and has been a certified grant professional for the past 12 years.
