Dr. Syb Brown

Dr. Syb Brown is a professor of journalism at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. She’s a two-time Emmy award-winning television news journalist. She’s worked at ABC in Milwaukee, CBS in Chicago and CBS in Nashville. Dr. Syb is currently part of the $100K Facebook Accelerator Grant Project working with the Black Press/The Tennessee Tribune. A former convention and program chair, she’s been an NABJ member since 1989.
