Our Experience includes: The Heights an 85-unit, 6 story, mixed use residential rental apartment, the largest mixed use Passive House development built in Canada, helped set the stage and push forward the City’s green building policies for Passive House growth in Canada; Vancouver’s first multi-generational Co-Housing project, a 35 unit stacked town home community. Our latest project, Skagen, is a 52 unit Passive House town home project that incorporates, large family oriented homes (1650 to 2080 sf), co-housing living principles, at grade living, and a common house,……..all designed to create neighbour interaction and community.
