Elizabeth Tippin

Elizabeth serves as a construction neutral, including chair and member of dispute boards, arbitrator, mediator and partnering facilitator for complex construction disputes. She’s worked in the field for over 25 years, resolving over 1500 disputes. She has extensive experience in negotiation of construction contracts, project delivery methods, risk management and insurance issues. She served for five years as an Administrative Law Judge in California (USA). She is a member of the Large and Complex, Construction and Commercial Panels of the American Arbitration Association and the Contractors State Licensing Board Arbitration Panel. She regularly teaches, trains and speaks internationally on DBs and ADRs in construction and is an active member of the DRBF’s Region 1 Board of Directors.
