Emma Osmundsen BSc (Hons) Pg Dip (Arch Conserv) MA MRICS Emma is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 25 years of development experience in the public, private and charitable sector. UK pioneer of Low Carbon, Healthy and Climate-ready buildings and leading developer of the International Passivhaus Standard. Managing Director of Exeter City Living Ltd, the ‘Profit for Purpose’ Development Company of Exeter City Council. Responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of developments spanning residential, commercial and leisure. Emma has been developing Certified Passivhaus buildings for the last 12 years, many of them UK firsts, including the first multi-residential passivhaus development in 2010, first Extra-Care Older person’s passivhaus village and the first passivhaus leisure centre. Her current development portfolio spans over 1,000 new passivhaus homes across Exeter. Non Exec Director and Trustee of the UK Passivhaus Trust and Constructing Excellence South West.
