Francine Carter is an Assistant Professor of Social Work at the University of Indianapolis and the Owner/President of Action Coaching & Training, LLC. She is a professional certified coach and trainer specializing in exploring how your truth and transparency leads to transformations. Francine received her Bachelor (BSW) and Master’s Degrees of Social Work (MSW) from Indiana University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Indiana. She also is an Energy Leadership Index – Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) trained by (iPEC), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF), Licensed Coaching Clinic© Facilitator from Coach U.
