Garrett Scott

Canadian based Automotive Retailer. Graduating from University of Alberta with a degree in Finance and Marketing, I became fixated on finding companies and ways to invest in efficiency. After a downturn in 2008 I returned to the family automotive business and took that same passion for efficiency to that sector. In July of 2019 I completed my first passive house automotive dealership, Scott Subaru. After working for a decade to improve our dealership operational efficiencies, it became clear we needed to improve our buildings in the same manner. Passive became our answer and has been a motivator for many other endeavors we are embarking on now. I have very little knowledge regarding building construction, but analyzing the dollars and sense, and marketing standpoint of a passive project I feel I’m becoming an expert.
