Garry W. Flowers

Garry W. Flowers serves as executive vice president and section 16b officer for the Fluor Corporation, responsible for Construction & Fabrication, HSE, Industrial Relations, and corporate Security, Investigations, Supply Chain and Risk functions. He has oversight of the governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge Project in New York, the FE Warren Project in Wyoming and the Nitrocellulose Facility Project in Virginia. Garry previously served as executive vice president of Fluor’s Project Support Services, group president of Global Services, and president and chief executive officer of Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC. He is a graduate of Furman University in South Carolina, having earned a bachelor’s degree in political science.
