Greg Cavouras

Greg is a lawyer with the Vancouver law firm of Sugden, McFee & Roos LLP, where he practises in the areas of administrative law and professional regulation. Greg recently returned to private practice after spending eight years in senior in-house positions with two regulatory bodies. His work covers all aspects of professional regulation, including complaints and discipline, illegal practice, registration, development of professional standards, staff and committee member training, and governance. Greg also holds the Certified In-House Counsel of Canada designation. Greg has appeared before a wide range of administrative tribunals, all levels of court in British Columbia, and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has been a speaker at events hosted by CLE, Infonex, CLEAR, and CNAR, and is a keen observer of the many recent changes in professional regulation.
