Henry Musonda

Henry is a Civil/Structural Engineer an Arbitrator, Adjudicator and Mediator. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK, is on the FIDIC’s list of Adjudicators, and is the DRBF representative for Zambia. He has more than 35 years of practical and professional experience in the design, administration and project management of building, civil works and service contracts and providing advisory support on infrastructure projects to FIDIC and various forms of contract. He has international experience as an Arbitrator and Adjudicator and has strong knowledge and background of Application of alternative dispute resolution methods and Dispute Boards to infrastructure projects. He is a FIDIC listed trainer and has conducted training in Tanzania, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
