Hugo Fontirroig

A Civil Engineer and Economist, Hugo has over 16 years of experience working for Dragados / ACS in large and complex design-build (DB) and Public Private Partnership (P3) projects in both Europe and North America. Dragados / ACS has completed over 150 DB transportation projects worldwide, and is a leader in alternative project delivery. As Lead Design-Builder’s Project Manager and as Lead Design-Builder’s Construction Manager Hugo has managed the design and construction of highway, railroad, bridge and tunnel projects. Hugo has also been involved in large Design and Build and P3 proposals as Bid Manager in the USA, where he had full responsibilities for management of the team during the proposal phase.
