Irvenia Waters is a certified executive coach and consultant on leadership development and strategy as well as a seasoned nonprofit and independent school board leader. Recognized for her work with mission-driven organizations as well as her business savvy, she has partnered with senior leaders in educational institutions from preschool to higher education. Irvenia holds an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, MSPH from University of North Carolina, and AB from Duke University.
