Jamie Gershon

Jamie has over 16 years of experience in the insurance industry and opened Bolton’s Santa Clara office in 2014 with a focus to support and grow Bolton’s Social Service and Education Practice. Jamie is responsible for the overall strategy, long-term goals, initiatives, and innovation as the leader of the Education and Social Services Practice Group. The Education and Social Service Practice Group consists of both for profit and not for profit independent, charter, and Higher Education institutions. Hi passion for education and social services lead him to design and implement insurance and risk management programs to help clients protect and their organizations while fulfilling their mission and vision. He does this through a process of strategic thinking and collaboration to create proactive solutions for each client’s needs. Jamie is a frequent speaker on various risk management topics for the social service and education sector. He has achieved the Certified Schools Risk Manager and Accredited Advisor in Insurance designations, and he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
