Jane O’Toole

Jane O’Toole joined MSTA in April 2016. She has served as the Legal Aide Fiscal Officer for the Missouri Supreme Court, was Chief Counsel to the Missouri State Treasurer, taught at the University of Missouri Asian Affairs Center and worked as an employment attorney here in Missouri. Here at MSTA, she handles routine employment and other legal issues for our members as well as the legal issues effecting Collective Bargaining.
