Janice Kutzera

Janice currently serves as President of Washington State PTA. She served in leadership at the local, council and region levels prior to her election to the state board positions of Region Director and Finance Officer. She has served on the WSPTA board of directors for six years. Janice is focusing on “The Power of Connection” during her term as president. She hopes to strengthen bonds and build our bench of new leaders in Washington and have fun in the process!

Janice has a B.A. in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance and Interpersonal Communications from the University of Washington. Professionally, she has worked in the accounting field for large and small businesses. For thirteen years, she has been managing the finance and business operations of a small business on a part-time basis, from home. This has been helpful in raising two children, providing flexibility for PTA volunteering, and spoiling her pugs.
