Jennifer Adams Peffer, AIA, RAIC, LEED AP is an architect and urban designer specializing in Higher Education Planning and Design. With over 25 years of experience, Jennifer brings a passion for excellence in design and place making that incorporates best practices in health & wellness, accessibility, environmental and social sustainability. As Campus Architect for the University of Toronto Scarborough, Jennifer leads a team of professionals in the pursuit of these goals through the renovation and improvement of campus spaces, and provides leadership toward the planning and design of capital projects and master plans. Jennifer first attended the International Passive Haus conference in Darmstadt in 2017 together with a few like-minded colleagues interested in bringing PH to the Scarborough campus. She is thrilled that a 750-bed residence targeting PH certification will be under construction on campus in early 2021.
