Joanie Bouchard

Joanie Bouchard completed both a bachelor in dietetic and a master in research at the University of Montreal. Before turning her interest to professional regulation, she worked in various health care facilities as a registred dietitian. In 2012, she started working at the Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec in quality assurance and practice advisory. In 2017, she moved across Canada to become the Registrar of the College of Dietitians of BC where she oversees all aspects of dietetic regulation. Joanie was a guest speaker at many health and dietetic conferences in the past. She is a strong believer in evidence-based and data informed policies in professional regulation.
