Joanne Griffith

Joanne Griffith leads NPR’s California collaborative, connecting multi-platform journalism from KQED and 19 other stations across the Golden State. Before KQED, she served as Assistant Managing Editor – Digital for APM’s Marketplace, a producer and editor at KPCC, and a reporter/host at BBC News. She was in the 2018 class of the Poynter Leadership Academy for Diversity in Digital Media. She is also the founder of Entitled, a group created to support media managers of color.
