Joel Sohn

Joel Sohn is a highly effective, experienced independent school leader and diversity practitioner who fosters inclusive classroom practices and develops equity literacy in schools. A presenter and facilitator at the PoCC, NAIS Annual, Race Amity Conference, WPC, VAIS and ISEEN, Joel Sohn has been recognized as a NAIS Teacher of the Future, serves as a PoCC Affinity Group convener, and currently serves as the Director of Upper School at University Prep in Seattle building an intentional community of socially responsible and intellectually courageous leaders for an ever-changing global landscape.
