Jonathan Blakeley

Jonathan Blakely is the executive producer of 60 Minutes+, the new, streaming version of the Sunday classic for Paramount+. Previously, Blakely was the senior producer of the 60 Minutes program “60 in 6” that launched on Quibi in 2020 and a senior producer for CBS This Morning. Before that, Blakely was a producer for the CBS Evening News, where he covered several major domestic stories including the unrest in Ferguson after the death of Michael Brown, and the opioid crisis through the eyes of addicts. In 2019, he initiated and supervised an investigation into training policy in more than 150 U.S. police departments. He also field-produced stories from India and Pakistan for CBSN, CBS News’ 24/7 streaming news service. Blakely began his career at CBS News in 2012 researching and writing for CBS This Morning. He is a graduate of George Washington University.
