Joseph Gildner

Joe has over 30 years of experience in design and construction management for heavy civil and systems construction in the USA’s Pacific Northwest and New England. In the past 28 years, he has served as project manager and project executive for final design and construction on commuter and light rail projects in Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington. Joe is currently serving as Deputy Executive Director for Project Management in Sound Transit’s department of Design Engineering and Construction Management. At present, he oversees the design and construction for numerous commuter- and light-rail extension projects.
