Jude Hinrichs

Jude Hinrichs currently serves as First Vice President and Regional Underwriter for the Employee Benefits Division at HUB International Northeast. In this role, Jude leads the overall underwriting initiatives for the region’s Employee Benefits operations.

Jude holds nearly two decades of experience in the health insurance industry. His area of expertise is financial analysis for employer groups of 100 to 10,000 lives. He is an expert with both fully insured and self funded funding mechanisms, assisting employer groups to mitigate their costs, utlizing state-of-the-art data analytics tools.

Prior to his current role, Jude served as a Senior Health and Benefits Consultant for Mercer. In addition, he worked at Cigna Healthcare as a Senior Underwriter in the middle market.

Jude holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT. He is a licensed broker for Life, Accident & Health.
