Julie Gagnon

Julie Gagnon is a senior partner at Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer LLP in Edmonton, Alberta. She acts for several professional regulatory bodies and provides advice on regulatory issues, interpretation of legislation, board policy and governance. She has appeared before various tribunals, the Court of Queen’s Bench and the Court of Appeal. Julie has experience prosecuting and defending professionals in disciplinary hearings and acts as independent legal counsel to various administrative tribunals. She has worked on projects involving the enactment of new professional regulatory legislation and in developing Bylaws, Codes of Ethics and Standards of Practice for regulatory organizations. Julie also provides orientation and training to administrative decision-makers on various issues.
