Julie Kluthe

Julie Kluthe created and led Rising Stars Academy, an innovative PTA leadership development initiative for the Lewisville (Texas) ISD Council of PTAs that has inspired similar programs across Texas and beyond. Julie is a member of the Texas PTA Leadership Committee and communications chair for Flower Mound High School PTSA. She recently authored an article for National PTA’s One Voice blog: “Back the Future: A New Dedication to a Continued Mission.”
