Julie Stroud

For the almost 20 years Julie Stroud has assisted individuals with disabilities and other barriers to find competitive employment in the community. She began her career as a job coach, became an employment specialist, then was promoted to director of employment services. She started Julie Stroud Coaching & Consulting, LLC in 2021 to offer training to employment specialists and benefits counseling to job seekers. In the course of her career, Julie has fine-tuned an expanded set of strategies and tools whose implementations can affect better qualified and more satisfied job placement and provide structure for employment specialists.
