Kadia Goba is a national politics reporter at BuzzFeed News covering the future of the Republican Party. Previously, she was a co-author of the Sneak Peek newsletter while covering Congress for Axios. Prior to joining Axios, Goba covered Congress for BuzzFeed News for a year before ultimately moving to the White House and the Trump Campaign beat. She’s also written extensively on the disproportionate impact the pandemic has had on communities of color. Goba is a New York native.
