Karen started her career with Virgin Media in Edinburgh, embracing a variety of operational and programme delivery roles over the years. Karen is now Consumer Organisational and Operational Transformation Lead: leading and executing multiple, high profile organisational transformation and improvement programmes including merger & acquisition, integration projects and cultural change initiatives. Karen manages the end-to-end lifecycle of business change and improvement initiatives, directing and supporting transition and change plans to meet key deliverables, whilst focusing on both the customer and employee experience.
