Karen brings over 25 years of experience in developing mission-driven and profitable auxiliary programs within independent schools. She is recognized among her peers as leading one of the largest and most successful independent school auxiliary programs in the country at Sidwell Friends School in Washington, DC. Her responsibilities include many of the non-tuition revenue operations: facility rentals, before and after school care programs for the Lower and Middle School, Special Programs After Regular Classes, transportation, the Early Childhood Learning Center, and Sidwell Summer programs.
