Dr. Kaylin A. Klie is board-certified in both family medicine and addiction medicine, with clinical and research expertise in perinatal addiction medicine and the integration of addiction care in the primary care setting. Prior to attending medical school at Rush Medical College, she trained as a marriage and family therapist. She completed her residency and fellowship at the University of Colorado. Dr. Klie has extensive substance use experience: she is the founder of the Denver Health and University of Colorado OB Addiction Medicine clinics, associate medical director for outpatient addiction medicine services at CeDAR, the program director for the addiction medicine fellowship at the University of Colorado, and serves on various substance use committees.
